Proposal and Examination of Supercharging Alternatives of CI-engine with Recirculation
Prášek, Ondřej ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
The object of this thesis was Proposal and Examination of Supercharging Alternatives of CI-engine with Exhaust Gas Recirculation according required engine power parameters. This goal was meet by use of Turbocharger with Variable Nozzles and Air-Air intercooler.
The present state and development trends of passenger car engines.
Ševčík, Michal ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Rauscher, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis is about present situation and tendences of progress in construction of passenger car engine. Here will be shown the rate of different division engines, dependencies power parameters, emission levels CO2, consumption and also tendency in the development to the future. We get the evolutionary tendency from comparing of values obtained from years 2003 and 2008.
Engines with HCCI mode
Janečková, Radka ; Böhm, Michael (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the ways of realization of engines working in HCCI mode. There are at first described conventional methods of mixture preparation and combustion in spark ignition and compression ignition engines for better classification and understanding. The rest of the thesis is about HCCI engines. These engines are classified into two main categories: gasoline and diesel. There are described several concepts of gasoline and diesel HCCI engines. For each concept there is a basic characteristic and mainly its benefits of emissions and consumption.
